Using since few days and I'm extremely in love with the app but im facing a few problems as well; 1. The app was good and enough fast initially but now, its getting slower and slower, even takes hour to launch the app and load images, and sometimes also fails to upload imagea amd say nothing. 2. When im uploading an image, it doesn't show me the category of image as its showing it in the website page, like nature, art, portrait etc. Looking for any help or fix to this. thanks

[Update: Albeit its a bit early to post an update, but I've seen improvement in the app on some issues. Removing one item from 'Cons' list] ------------ Love the app. ---- Pros: 1) Amazing content: The app provides a platform for people around the world to share their creations. A lot of content is truly inspirational and top quality. 2) Effective gamification: You need to earn credits in order to post (more of) your images to competitions. You can either buy credits or watch an Ad every 2 hours. You actually wait for the 2 hours so you can watch and earn credits. Never thought i'd ever do that - gamification at its best. 3) Novel influence of account levels: As you increase your level, your star-ing (giving thumbs up) takes on more weight. Rather than doing a +1 on the star count, you will have a +N effect, where N is your level. This creates an interesting dynamic of who is following you and how important you are to the community. ---- Cons: 1) Arbitrary Top 50 selection: Top 50 images in a contest are selected by Agora team. The selection seems arbitrary, where a lot of good content is left out and some very basic content is shortlisted as top 50. This is happening to a point where people I know have lost interest in voting. There should be more transparency in the selection process. 2) Lack of official forum: There is no way to voice issues/concerns and share ideas about improvements in app.

After the new updation the app is unable to open. When opening the app it's showing update the app when click on update the app button it's redirect to app store and the app is already updated. Please fix the issue. Tried reinstalling the app it's also not working.

It's an interesting app specifically designed for photography. It's easy to navigate and everything is quite simple. I really like the contests that are introduced every week or so, because it focuses on a specific theme. A feature that would be nice to add, is the ability to edit the description of photos as I don't want to delete them and post again with a new description. Also the home page shows my pictures first which is not necessary in my opinion as you have your own profile option.

This app is incredibly slow, forgets searches when you try return to the search, loads images slow, stutters all the time, should have a filter feature to search for junior, advanced and pro profiles. Once in a profile you are constantly going back and forth to see images, always having to use the back button to choose the next image, should be a flow slide to make it easy. EDIT: The reply makes no attempt to specifically address the concerns raised, what steps will be taken?

Rating one star post the new update. Cannot get free credits by watching video. The free credit feature was removed and now you cannot get credits without inviting friends or purchasing the credits. Not user friendly at all. Really disappointing

I just updated my agora app and it won't open anymore. I haven't had any issues using agora up until I updated. Please fix. Thank you.

Everything seems possible in this app except deleting your account, which seems rather convenient. I have been trying to deactivate my account for three days following the instructions of a miss Lola, but I suspect the app is blocking me from doing so. Ever since my first message (which has been ignored), my messages are not even being delivered, nor can I open the help centre anymore. I fail to understand why it is not a given option for the users to delete their accounts on their own.
