I log in and it states that I have to verify my identity. When I verify my identity, it states that I already have an account and that I need to log in again. It keeps me repeating the same thing over and over again. Very frustrating.
it's really true once you download the app and at least have a dollar in your account they will advance you money.

This is one of the better apps...I love the ease of this app!!
I just downloaded the app. Had alot of extra sign up options, which I didn't like vuz I wasn't even done setting up my account yet and there asking me to pay 12.00 a month for an accounts financial exspertise, and you couldn't continue on unless you signed up for it, and it did give you the option Togo in and cxl anytime. which us probably what I'm gonna do. But as far as an advance I was able to get a small loan with due date after my pay, so I will be able yo pay it off early.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!
Literally trying to figure out how to prosecute this horrible app. I no longer have the bank account that was linked when I signed up. Albert will not let me change this information, continues to charge a different amount of mine, and is withholding access to the savings funds that were initially deposited. Their customer support is nothing but texts, their phone number line is all automated options that will hang up on you. I have been trying for over an hour to get a text back. ILLEGAL APP
Keeps withdrawing money with no option to stop it
I'm going to post a negative review every day until Albert closes my account. I'm tired of asking for this to be done. Sub par app that has horrible customer service and no real humans to talk to about their trash app. Update 12:08pm CST just gave another canned response they refused to lift a finger to resolve this so will be back tomorrow to post more negative reviews
