It is one of the best offfline map i've had downloaded for free. It has some features that needs to be improved but still one of the best and better than the one we used in work. I hope the developer will integrate in its feature how deep the water are?

Needed an app for an older Android version; this works well. The interface lacks some fancy features, but I can work with it. I notice some of the US chart links don't work; I suspect the websites changed or changed handling protocols. Not worth downgrading a free app because of that. So far, I'm happy. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that I don't read manuals, and figuring out differences in maps, layers, and overlays took a little time.

A good application for off-line maps and navigation, and please simplify the saving settings and storing of maps for using them off-line mode so that their use is easier. Thanks

The app is fine, it's a bit odd that they use raster maps so you only get 15-18 discrete zoom levels. The download speed for Open Topo Maps is atrocious, if it even works at all, to the point of barely being useful. Unfortunately they seem to be the best for hiking.
