Helpful - I had a problem with login - got an answer in 12 h - mail address has to be lowercase only. App works fine.

At the beginning, it worked fine . But now it never wants to connect to any server and just keeps on "connecting" forever ... Worst purchase I ever made

I can't turn it on...works OK for a day or so then disconnects for a couple of days ....after trying to reestablish contact for hours it suddenly connects for a day or so the process is then repeated.....no wonder it is so cheap..I AM constantly contacting the service department.....but it seems as though you get good service for the first month or so and then you are then left.
