Used to be a really good app. But now, whenever I pause an audio book and then press play again, it doesn't play from where I left off. Tried contacting customer support but they are useless

EDIT: So they arent actually clear about certain things, it may say one thing then you say ok cool & do what it offers & then it punishes you for it say what you mean! Not 1 thing with hidden conditions!! WONDERFUL!! I absolutely love audible and the app is equally great,customer friendly you can buy with a credit, you don't like it refund it instantly even if you had downloaded already doesn't matter so you don't have to fear trying something new really, my library is one of my favorite things.

Awesome experience so far. Purchasing an audiobook is just so easy, and the whole app UI is user interactive and has a lot of playback options. Best part is the continuity when using multiple devices.
