Irritating bugs. 'When I close and reopen the app. It shows like There was an error - Retry'. To solve this I need to uninstall and reinstall it agai. After closed and reopened it shows the error. Hate this bug

Your mobile app is completely trash. You can't force people into using a failed app. I mostly use my phone to try and upload my projects and it doesn't work at all. This has been since the beginning of 2022, still no improvement.

Since your last update, the Home tab, search and notifications are no longer working, the app is practically unusable. If i reinstall it, it's working until next day and & it cracks again. Really loved this app, please fix your bugs.

I've only been using it a few days but so far the app seems very finicky, often my projects don't upload on the first try and its very easy to lose my progress. The clone project option doesn't carry over tags or anything other than the photos and the title (the only two things I would actually want to change in a cloned post). Other than that I really appreciate the format and general look and function of the app, it's exactly the advancement from instagram that im looking for

App hasnt been working for days now. Stuck at 'Sorry, there was an error' as soon as I open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled it and the problem is still there. Edit: The support was really helpful and after back and forth fix ideas, their suggestion of logging out and back in finally did it. Still don't know what caused this though.

Prob my fav for inspo but somehow not 'fast' enough, not in terms of ui or processing speeds, but in terms of getting content in front of my face like an all you can eat buffet. Many artists use Vimeo but while on mobile embedded player doesn't have controls to make full screen, etc. Couple other things. I would personally like to scroll a grid or column view (like insta... I guess) of the final project, then click in for the editorial, etc.

The app is too slow even with better internet connection, app remaining slow and crash again and again. I'm graphic designer. I want to make my portfolio but the app is too annoying. Please fixed it. Thank you

The app is great and would've been five star material if it hadn't been for the fact that I can't upload ages to a project from my phone storage.. it's either Lightroom or creative cloud and I don't have neither. This makes it impossible to create a project from the app and I have to log into the web version from my laptop. Please fix this and add the option to upload from phone storage.

No matter how much I try again and again the projects would get published .. all goes to draft and the draft is empty ..all the time choosing and trying to post wasted ... There's always some "error" that stops me from posting .. some of the settings available in website isn't available in app and what's available in app isn't available in website .. so ridiculous and frustrating 🤦🏽‍♀️

Have tried to upload the same thing 5 times. Really cool app idea and was looking forward to giving it a good go, but seems like I actually can't no matter how hard I try. Hopefully it gets better? Have been trying to use it from a Samsung galaxy note 10, if that's any use for the developers.
