please update the whole army when I send it to an allied or designated location in-game they start slowly decreasing numbers that I send it after a few years they gone instead automatic to send or replace it if more available in your own country also add EEZ for the sea Territory it can invade or steal it or direct to the land invasion automatic the sea is under control..
