It's broken now... When I open the app, an error appears twice at the top, saying "Sorry, something unexpected happened, please try again." The skill trees are completely broken. Each one either shows 0, 1 or 2 workouts at a time...the rest have disappeared. And the "Report a problem" section doesn't even load. I was going to purchase the yearly subscription today, but what on Earth happened? Edit: It works now, & it seemed like some kind of server error. But I'm a bit afraid it'll happen again.

The new subscription fee kinda took away from the learning experience. Interacting with the quizzes and checking my answers was how I knew I was retaining the information given. Unfortunately that is now blocked off so I can answer the question, but I won't know if I'm correct unless I pay money. I can understand offering a few premium features, but now the basic features of the app are now premium.

This app has been amazing, especially compared to the other "free" apps that teach coding. The content is ready to understand, progresses nicely, and provides examples and problems that make sense. Nice looking and intuitive user interface. Completely free, including ad free. Plus there are a TON of courses. I've only scratched the surface but I look forward to learning more!

A good app, but it does have some problems. I'll highlight a problem I've come across, and a feature I disagree with. First, the problem: Occasionally, a lesson will be completed before you actually do anything in the specific lesson. Because of how you don't get another exercise of the same type until the next day, you lose out on some learning you could have done. Another gripe I have is how review lessons count as lessons and thus block you from learning any new information for that day.

Decent app for developing programmers. It's not a full-stack course, obviously, but it does keep your mind in close contact with the material. Makes sure you get random-yet-potentially-useful tidbits of information regularly. Not hard to navigate, intuitive, and gorgeous design. Altogether a decent app to keep yourself engaged and knowledgeable.

Great app! Clean interface, bite-sized lessons and lots of options. They even cover many things in the beginning lessons that other courses have failed to mention after completing their entire course. Haven't bought the pro subscription yet, but it's certainly more affordable than some of the other options I've seen. So far Enki is a great addition to learning code!

Before version 2.0, I probably would've rated this a 4, but the new UI looks worse overall than the previous one. Navigating to specific topics is a nice addition, but the emojis and decreased responsiveness when trying to view extra information in workouts makes the experience feel kind of cheap in comparison. Focusing on spelling, grammar, and other errors in the material would probably have been time better spent.

Literally the only coding app that's actually delivered on what it says! I'm so tired of "click and drag the blocks" style apps where you don't get anything clear cut and to the point. Like yeah, games are a fun way to learn, but for me I need something more like enki. I've been using it for a few months now, and can see steady progress. Thanks! Can't wait to see what's next!

This app helps someone like me who doesn't want to sit and open a textbook or listen to some hard to follow video tutorial to learn a new programming language. It is intuitive, elegant, non-invasive, and I really like that it breaks things up into *byte* sized chunks (I'm sorry but I couldn't resist making the pun). This way, I don't experience information overload and immediately want to flee from what is being presented to me 😂

Enjoying the app thus far, only having gone through a couple of exercises, the modules are clear and easy to understand without any sort of lingo that outsiders to coding wouldn't understand (without reasonable explanation). My only gripe is that there is only one method of learning, which is textbook style rather than having multiple styles such as video/audio, but that is a minor thing. Good app
