Use: sk4qu5edrk The app works fine for me. Never had trouble with anything so far. It did take a few months to issue a card but having one is not the only way to cash your money so that is no big deal. Their support has always been responsive and thorough. Would recommend this 👍.

This is an amazing app. Transfers are instantaneous, I only had a slight problem with the bank transfer because it costs 50dollars minimum to send and i wanted to see how long it takes to reach my bank. But in every other respect, it is the most reliable app i have ever installed

I don't like being prompted to like stuff. Easy to maneuver. Had issues with updating info where they still were using old info in over 10 correspondences to me, but it's resolved now. Good interface. Would recommend. Thank you

ePayments doesn't let users withdraw their money back. The Master Card all are blocked and you can't order the new card. To say it easier, ePayments will not return your money in any cases. They ask for my documents for verification but never give access to me even I did everything, gave everything they want. They're just a scammer!

Epayments was great for the first few months when I used it in 2019. However, since february 2020 I have not, lika all other customers, been able to withdraw money. I have not even dared to try putting in any new money into my account as I fear they might get stuck there, or even worse - disappear on the way. I have been logging in at least once per month since february, to see if my money is still in place, but for the last 6 months or so I have not been able to access my account. When i try to log in via chrome, it says I should try again but via the phone app, and when I try to log in via the app, it says "try again, using the app". So I have no idea if my $300+ are still there.

First of, I want my money back. Secondly, they risk people losing an access to their wallets if they lose their phones. They used to be great, and I thought I was going to use them if they'd have come back after freezing all the accounts. But I think i am not going to use them because I can't risk my money to be frozen again if something happens to my phone(storing an extra simcard at home would be acceptable but a phone??)

worst support and service they did not response quickly, for verification I got an option to upload my tenant agreement and i uploaded that but they did not accepted that. If they can not accept then why they are giving the options to provide this document and that document. I have been sending the documents again n again but they did not accepted any one. worst app and support.

They froze 1 mil accounts without any notice. They said that they will update all customers about their progress, but it never happened. It's more than a week now and I still don't know what's their plan or when this issue is going to get resolved. Stay away from ePayments, or you can have your savings "frozen"(hopefully not completly lost) like me.

Garbage company with terrible service, terrible app, and not to mention the obvious fraud charges they've been dealing with. On top of that even now that they've re-opened for business, I can't withdraw the measly $50 I left in there. 6 attempts so far and every reply from customer service is "try again we had a technical problem". Avoid like the plague they are. Update: 7th try (not kidding about the number of attempts) did actually work and I finally withdrew my $50. However, when trying to choose the close my account option, it hilariously said "this service is not available", still a solid -5 if that was a possible rating.
