The app forces you to pay for any service you get, even just to get the fastingg plan or any part of the app you have to pay for it. I do not recommend.

The app is very nice, but for teenager should be the main target and they usually don't have money to pay for such apps... I am a teenager and that is why I couldn't use the app...

Website version does not clearly specify refund policy, and misleading text around cancelation of policy allowing belief that its possible to receive a refund. Advertises a "plan" and goals, but nowhere to be found after signing up. The app is too bare bones to request $30/month. There may be recipes, but they are exactly the same as ones on Fastic, which makes me believe they are all easily found via a Google search. Glorified timers can be used via free fasting apps or setting an alarm.

Just hit 24 hours of fasting. Nothing but mineral water with lemon. Feeling good. It's 9:00 PM. Going for a 36 hour fast. I love this app.

It's okay, the "plan" isn't really helpful as the recommendations I can't click on to see a recipe. Also even if you start your fast early the notifications for the set time still pop up, like the "1 hour til fast" even though you already started. I started with the free trial, but can change to a permanent plan through the app. It's okay for what it is, but at this point even a free app does what this one does, I don't see the value of its membership.
