Several of the recent units released have awful kits that either don't work or feel extremely underwhelming. Sometimes It feels like the devs don't playtest their own game. The gear progression is completely random and you can go months without getting an upgrade. If you do manage to gear up, then you can enjoy raids that are dominated by players using macros on the PC client. Honestly, if you play mobile only on this game, you are at a severe disadvantage.

Overall, it's a great mobile game. The recent syncing error bug which prevents me from entering the campaign. This made me hesitant to invest my time and money into the game. I am now stuck in the 2nd chapter and unable to progress further into the game. The problem is that you need to finish more chapters to unlock more gameplay. So, I am currently stuck and unable to progress with the clock ticking on events and the Day to Day beginners event

Awesome game with cool lore, but daily tasks feel like chores to do and forces you to put in unrewarded time. Update: Nothing has changed. The game forces you to open every possible screen and tab and go to every location just so you can claim alomst nothing of value from every section. Its slow and annoying and kills the fun of the actual gameplay where I'd actually want to earn what I need. There's so much hassle and free claims, and the reward is hardly worth it.

Everything about the game is great besides the fact that each screen load is slow. BUT...After the latest update, I cannot longer continue my campaign. The game keeps persisting on "failed to sync user data", contacted already customer support and says restart device, clear cache and reinstall game. Did all of that but same error is still persisting. Decided to create another account, but still the same problem. Update: Bug has been fixed, developers are quick on releasing update to fix bugs
