It is very fun and addictive but very difficult to get gems to upgrade the hotel's services and as a result you keep failing the same level. It's frustrating. I would have rated 5 starts if not for that.

I've been playing this level for about 3 nights in a row trying to win. And as soon as I win a boost and actually win the level, all of a sudden, it glitches? Taking my boost and my win.

Played a couple days. Fun game, but don't like being basically forced to buy boosters. When I can't beat a level after 10 tries without buying something, seems rigged. No thanks. Nice graphics though. *Updating my 2021 review here in 2024. I now remember why I uninstalled. The game overall has improved, but there are way too many pop-up offers to buy things. I received a booster for five minutes and got to use it twice, because I kept getting pulled into random events and offers.

This game used to be really fun but now you can tell the creators are just money hungry. You can't get to far in the game now without them trying to squeeze money out of you every second. I really loved this game before they made these changes

Everything is so expensive from the beginning and it's annoying. Game keeps closing for no reason. Fix it.

No customer support inside the game, not even an indication on where to reach someone. Needs fb APP! to be able to save your game, not even through browser is enough, total no go. Tons of ads and popups. Popups and waiting for prizes flying to each single running event one by one after each single lvl is even more annoying than all the ads. Even in a fully upgraded hotel many levels are undoable without boosters, and some even with boosters. Often a normal lvl is more imossible than a hard lvl.

1 life is 10 diamonds ... Most games will give you 5 lives for a certain amount of play bucks this one wants 10 diamonds for 1 lost live
