I only used the app and all devices and configuration can be set up from there. I agree that the location of some options is not logical or obvious but thankfully there is Internet in case of doubt. I managed to set up fully my system in 1h with a TV, projector, shield, screen and blu ray. I will add Philips Hue right after.

Error updating firmware, which renders the remote useless. "My Harmony" PC program does not work with the new harmony ultimate which also renders the remote useless. Keep up the good work Logitec. I will be returning this garbage and continue using my 900, it works every time.

App works great for set up & settings adjustment. Props for continuing to support the app even though Logitech has ended Harmony Remotes. Still the best universal remote ever even with it's flaws.

What a terrible experience, if you never have to change your SSID just don't.. I don't understand how something so simple took so long to accomplish. Absolutely garbage.

Dreadful, i have set it up on wifes phone and mine. Mine is ok but wifes phone keeps asking to login to my logi id??? Why?? Its on local network. Fix this please fgs!

This has just gone completely down hill. Logs me out constantly, have to resync almost every time i use it, constantly glitching, just a total mess. More frustrating then it is helpful anymore.

Terrible app, cannot add device that is not listed. Web site states enter manufacturer details but that option is not presnt. It used to be in the past.

It doesn't work with my newer 660 but, I've come to realize that Logitech stop producing Harmony remotes...

This garbage app hasn't changed in any notable way in years. Worst UX I've run across, which should really embarrass the hell out of a company like Logitech... but nope! Supposedly bug fixes now and then but it only gets more unreliable and unusable.
