it is complicate app design, there is no easy approach for the seperate devices,honor10,20,mate,band all in mixed, no easy navigation, the club more talk about honor20 and less about. other honor device.if you ask a question many times answering same answer for different question

After the latest update, my ID was log out automatically & since then I no longer can relogin. Even with all permission enabled & een at the stage of uninstalled & reinstalled the apps, nothing work. Poor apps, not even worth of any star.

there is some bug's in latest update. it is loading first page for a long time. finaly i closed. try to clear cache memory and data. but it not works. then i am going to downgrade from the latest update. it's really working good....

Hello. I purchased honor 8x in pakistan and it have sound problem. When iam using YouTube and someone call me than sound is very low even when i go for maximum sound but its sound is very low... To solve that i must have to restart the mobile. So i go to honor service care and they change my handset but there is same problem in the new one.. This honor 8x have manufacture problems and i lost my 370 $ by buying this handset.

Difficult to upload photos (can't choose files from specific folder),. Can't upload video, didn't show notification sometimes.

Honestly i want to like this app. It never stays logged in. i have to log back in every bloody day. And it won't log in unless I'm at home on WiFi. why so fussy? then its so hard to log in on new phones. Really, please fix this.

Suddenly I can't log in. The app worked perfectly well for years and was good. I enjoyed sharing photos. Such a shame.

I bought honor 8x (6GB 64)from Amazon six months back,Then suddenly 1 day phone got hang,and I thought it will be ok after some time by own,But it didn't, It was that much hanged that I was not able to shut or start The phone, neither able to do calls nor able to use any app, I called customer care they told me to visit service centre, I visited 3 times they updated software & also changed motherboard, but still problem not resolved they are dragging my problem till my warranty periods ends👎👎

Great app. Developers take feedback and implement it promptly too. Very easy to use and good UX. And good posts to keep users updated about what happens in the honor world. Feels like a connected family of members.
