My game has crash 3 times since the year 2020 begin and what save on cloud delete 3 families, lost 2 piece of land , millions in coins and 89 stars save to reach 71. Please fix . Today 7th March 2, on 73, game crash, got back from cloud 70 . Now came out of visiting friends and got a different village with my name. Please fix. April 2020. Crash again. November 22nd 2020 crash again at 77. Still love this game

As a parent, I hope this will teach kids how to save, but also as a parent, I have tried playing it only to find myself unable to keep up with all of the tasks. It gets ridiculously demanding, still helps teach savings but in a harsh way.

I actually love this game, but the fact that the theater doesn't show an ad to earn acorns like it used to, and this is my 3rd phone where I download this game and it doesn't give me events to participate in, is just sad, I had it all when I downloaded it the first time, so I know what I am missing out as it doesn't give me those options anymore on the other phones?

I love this game and the idea of it. I played it many years ago and recently found it again. However I'm giving it 1 star because the ads were shutting down the app. I would exit out of the ads and it would say website not found written over my village and would freeze it until I restarted the app. It's very bugged and I'm super disappointed in this because I was getting pretty far but the ads are every other minute or so and it's not worth the playtime I've already put into it.

Keeps stopping or crashing, I have installed this game five times hoping it would work and it just won't work. The game is cute but you just can not play it, it won't let you. The ads don't help they help in the game not working right, everytime a ad pops up the game stops are crashes and you have to start all over again. Thank you but no thank you. Deleted game. Fix it and I will reinstall.

I remember now why I deleted it. It keeps dropping out and freezing. Nice to know that that the problem hasn't been fixed. And still can't follow players. You can't add any friends. And they want you to buy stuff when the game doesn't work. It should be deleted from all gaming services as it is false advertising 😡 an update finally arrived and it has reduced the time on collect frenzy - way to go!!! because you need acorns to purchase them

Got an update that messed up everything, had to reinstall after saving my progress on the cloud two days ago after the reinstalling the only progress available was level 36 when i was at level 54 with 75 million coins, 30 acorns, a total of 48 land space (used real money(over 500rmb)) and 38 established friendships. Talk about wasted invested time ! I am so mad right now, email contact....automated. Basically no way of communication between game developer and player, so yeah story of my life.

I can't open the app. It gets freezed for an hour. But this game is really good..I just hate the way which makes me to hate this again and again....it's too messed
