Ok so trying to get MX Keys to work with this app. I have the MX mouse 3 and I want to set up flow between my Note20 DEX set up and my laptop, which should technically be possible if can flow accross between OSX and WIN10. Iam typing this on keyboard, so it's paired fine over bluetooth for both mouse and keyboard. but the other thing missing is a way to tell the phone to use the Unifying reciver dongle if you plug one in the USB_C Hub for DEX. We need andoird version of Logitech Options!!!!!!

This is really about the K380 keyboard. I would put this review in their website but most or it gives "not found URL"; There are three all but show-stoppers; 1) the Logitech Options software is not available on Android. Even though the keyboard is billed as an Android compatable keyboard. it works fine on Android, but has two showstoppers. 2) When I first purchased it the "@" & """ where on the correct keys, now however, they are now swapped. 3) Shift+cursor key behaves as CTRL+Shift+cursor key.

Since 2015 there's no update to this app. The layout is not shown to see the exact layout. Even in a given language there are more than one layouts and there's no way to confirm uless you type each key.

The price of the product is expensive and on the other hand the app and the service is very bad. Each time i have same problem switching between the German and Arabic language. the problem of switching the language through the keyboard why this program is not updated or replaced by something better or that the keyboard system is integrated with the Android system and the user ends all this inconvenience, have the Logitech try to use this app with other languoge i don't think that!

Does not work with the Logitech K480 on Android. It says I have to pair the keyboard, but it is paired. I have unpaired, re-paired, cleared cache and data. No joy. The "UK" keyboard needs shift + 2 to give @ on android, and a few other anomalies, so I suspect it isn't a UK keyboard as advertised.

Samsung Note 10+. Logitech Craft. Impossible to connect. Your apps don't work. Once you connected to Bluetooth and come back to the menu- this one asks you to reconnect to Bluetooth, again and again. Waisted time for nothing.

I have a Samsung Note 9 and have a K480 Logitech keyboard connected. Downloaded this app to see if Icoule set some of the function buttons to open specific apps. Tried to follow the instructions, and the app would not recognize that the keyboard is connected to the phone. Wasn't able to do anything in the app because it kept taking me back to the connection screen and would not let me get past that to force the app to recognize the keyboard is already connected.

Useless app ... does nothing ... even can't detect that keyboard is connected ... keeps on giving msg to connect to keyboard ... and cant see any feature which is not natively supported by android ... was hoping to customize the keyboard ... but seems its too far fetched for developers of this app !!

this app's only extra functionality is to sort out your connection if you do not know how to configure it yourself. It adds absolutely nothing in terms of useability or feature, you can't even see a list of paired devices.

The app is unable even to pair my K375s keyboard. I expected no issues when decided to purchase Logitech product. Unfortunately it works well only on windows. Bulgarian (phonetic) is not working currently in anyway on Android and I'm waiting for customer support reply for 2 days already... Just hopping to hear something soon. At this pint I'm mostly disappointed! I hope a company that is pretending to be a leader to be able to solve some simple issues. Currently unable to give more than 1 star!
