I like playing lumosity. I used to play it in the past but then I worked for a while and didn't have time to play lumosity. Now that I have some time I look forward to playing it. Lumosity also helped me in my work as I could focus on my work (payroll) with colleagues talking on the phone/mobile. I recommend lumosity to people of all ages especially those over 45 years. Now I'm 62 years old and still like playing lumosity as it challenges my brain and it gives me confidence.

It used to be good, now I'm just disgusted and disappointed. It limits and forces you to pay instead of the '14 day free trial' as it promises, if you are not 'eligible' for the 14 day trial, yet nowhere is it clear WHY you are not 'eligible' and doesn't tell you anything else or any other information. And be careful, these automatic payments apply to both the yearly option and the monthly one, doesn't matter which, you'll get charged automatically instead of thier '14 day free trial'

Fun, simple games. Clean and well designed, graphically and functionally. With the free version, you can play 3 randomly assigned games a day, and view your cumulative performance in the major training categories. Only 4 stars because full access to all games - along with a bunch of tracking/comparing features and personalized feedback - is locked behind the premium version. Fair enough, but they let you know a little too often.

Very challenging and helpful! Before my craniotomy, I had problems thinking as quickly and sharply as I did before my seizures. Post-craniotomy, I have a lot more trouble. Having this app has actually helped me with concentration, memory, vocabulary, word recall, spacial awareness and so much more. I'm able to work on my rehabilitation outside of speech, OT, and PT. I'm grateful for having some help. Added bonus, the games are a lot of fun!

It's a great, brain workout. You get 3 different games a day to play for free (some new, some are repeats). Plus, you can go back and replay games you have unlocked. There's also a bonus meditation included. You can unlock new meditations as you listen to the basic ones. Game repeatedly asks you to pay for upgraded "premium". Which is a bit annoying to continuously deny. Otherwise, fun to play!

I am worried about cognitive decline so I downloaded Lumosity and have been using for three months. Overall I think it is helping (even the free version). Plus most of the games are enjoyable. I have noticed that I don't have as much fun in the areas I'm deficient in until I start improving. This, along with the scoring system, different game levels and trophies for good performance, gives me a feeling of accomplishment and keeps me engaged.

This will give your brain an actual work out! Then it helps you discover your strengths, weaknesses, ect, and customizes which games you need to play and when. It keeps track of your progress so you can determine if it's helpful to you. It also let's you compare your self to people your age and in your demographics. This is an amazing app!! I make my kids use it, and wish all my friends and family would every day too!! It's just as important to work out your brain, as it is your physical body!!
