DO NOT GET THIS APP TO SELL!!! This app takes an enormous amount of money off of your profit. To include in this review, my account got restricted just because I am below 18. My mother is helping me with this account, and it should not be such a big deal. I have $40 left in that account to spend from my sales, but there is no way i can get that hard earned money back! This is ridiculous, and I will be switching to eBay to sell my things! Fix your app.

This shopping app is not safe anymore . Too much scammers on this app now. The scammers keep providing their phone number in the description asking people to text them first directly on their phone number , When you report the post to mercari they never take the scam post down or block that scammer's account. Sometimes they take more than 5 days before they finally take the post down when you report them . This shopping app is not safe anymore . 20% of the users of this app are scammers.

I purchased a bracelet from a seller on their site. I asked the seller if the bracelet was real and they said yes. When I took it to get cleaned I found out it was fake. I purchased the bracelet on May 10th. Today is July 7th. Per their website you only have 15 days to claim anything on a purchase. Well, I only found out this late because I wanted to have my bracelet cleaned. Mercari said there is nothing they can do. I paid $300+ for this item and they couldn't even off a $100 credit, nothing.

Fix your bundle shipping feature! This absolutely has to be fixed. The system must calculate the shipping adjustment properly for the additional items or it needs to have an option to adjust the shipping costs when a bundle offer is being made. We are already making choices when compromising with buyers when we accept bundled offers. Shipping should not be a problem. If you backcharge us we should be able to do the same without losing a customer.
