I have tried this app on three different phones and it will not recognize the applicant's face. I tried different angles, lighting, front and back cameras, and made sure the person was correctly in frame. This would be less frustrating if there was a way to submit photos for manual review, as this is becoming a burden for the applicant because their claim can't be processed.

Not a bad app after all. Had to use my own phone since it wouldn't work on my dad's (older) phone. Then had a really hard time taking a good picture. Had to use the app twice (several months apart for another application). 2nd time around got the picture shot right on 2nd try. The trick is to take it in a brighter light (or one if them). The pluses are: small size of the app, doesn't take a lot of room, and you can delete it and reinstall after each use. 2nd + is it works.. eventually. ))

Terrible app, couldn't even change the address... Just needed to change the apt number... It's the basics! Plus the camera feature is frustrating!

The model training for recognising a human face is really really bad.. that means it doesn't work... Tried at least 40pictures and 3 different devices,light/dark/outside/inside, At least 5 different spots. Now tell me, my grandma is almost 90... What do you want us to do??? How to prove that she is alive? Make a video call or something!!! And for the future I can build you a better app or at least the face recognition part. T

Oops "something went wrong". Guess what? Your app doesn't work. I am wondering how much data and pic ID's you gathered from your elderly "future fraud victims"?? You take a pic of the face, your ID and it doesn't go through...iy says "something went wrong, try again", over and over. Unbelieavable that institutes direct us to use such suspicious and unreliable 3rd party sources. Shameful!

Unfortunately, the camera functions don't work at all. I tried on two different phones. The face does not appear in the frame, the document does not appear in the frame, there is a huge lag, so you end up capturing a weird corner of the face. To top it off, it makes you start over every time there is a glitch, so even if you miraculously took a selfie, you lose it if the document isn't captured. Which it isn't.
