Poor experience in the verification process. I was asked to upload a photo scan of the ID document that is clean and readable with visible edges of the document. I've got a pdf file of the scan and had to convert it to JPEG as the chat does not allow you to upload pdfs. However they've rejected the document, repeating the same requirement. All the text is perfectly visible, though there are no edges (cropped the edges by the scan app). No other service complained about that scan before.

This wallet is useful for the exchange of any currency. Account registration is easy, but it's so difficult for being verified user and not easy to be verified user. I have tried three times to be fully verified user with the completed document such as front two pages of passport (clearly photo), selfie photo holding my passport and bank statement to verify my home address. But I didn't access to my verification. They said it is because of security service and company internal policy.

The verification process is ridiculous, it asks for a scan of ID/passport and of a phone/water/bank statement with all the information visible. Then when you get fully verified and put money into the account, it asks for a scan/phote of your ID and credit card after it does a 2-step verification to process your transaction. Why do you need that much info? The customer service is a bot so completely useless. Pick a different app is you can, Payeer is not worth the effort other apps can provide.

Opened account since last year, have uploaded all the documents needed for verification still telling me that my account is not verified. It takes customer care days to respond, even after responding, won't even give a solution and what the problem is. I'm seek and tired. Other similar apps are not stressful like this.

Downloaded this app for reliability. But it is wasting more time then web version. Every time I need to add fund via cards I have to fill the details manually. There is no option for save the card info for future transactions. So I had to delete this app. At least if I use the web version I got the auto fill option from Google.

Verification is very hard and ridiculously , I have been verified in binance with same ID. The bank statement is very clear... If you are from developing country, don't waste your time on this application, Especially on bills and house address verification. .
