I somehow lost my device-auto-generated password. And they required what? not an email-pin and all the information I gave while making my account. Instead, they asked for extra information, that is my passport and bills that never come in my own name. Why don't you first require it when people make their account? Why an account can't be recovered based on the information already given? I lost my dollars because of it 🤬

Hi, everytime I am in a need to send money to any PM user, there is an error message showing like: PROBABLY YOU DON'T HAVE CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET Whereas there is no issue with internet at all. How to overcome the issue? Help me out.

The app is practically useless compared to the website, the site also needs to deal with whatever problem they're having when it comes to approving proof of residence, I've spent this entire week uploading the same picture as proof of residence but it keeps getting declined. I honestly don't how clear of a picture do they really want...

Hmmm... seems there's a lot of technical issues with this apps. It pose a huge amount of danger to people like us who could not afford to loose even a dime!!!;The review from people who poineered the download is discouraging. Am even scared to us delve into the use of this wallet.

Perfect money app is not fast as the website is. It also give error when we pay through app. It gives "your device is not connected". I ask developer to make app more fluid and reliable by removing all the small bugs experienced by users here. Thank you

This app is a waste of time. It logs you off anytime without any reason. Logging in several times is very annoying. The verification takes years. Government issued ID submitted was declined more than 10 times demanding for coloured copy. Should I go and create another one by myself ? Same documents accepted by great exchanges. I don't know why companies demand for PM as means of legal tender.

I have been trying to upload my proof of address and all they kept on saying is that my resolution is poor. I have re-scanned alot of times and sent them high resolution pictures but they are never satisfied with the resolution... Their app is outdated and too simple for a large company like this. Their contact support is wack they dont really adress your problems. Stay away if you don't want problems.

So far I haven't pass verification. It takes days to get a response from support and days to complete verification. I submitted an electronic copy of my utility bill and they keep telling me to submit a clearer copy 2 times over a four days period. Then I pushed back and on the 6th day that is when support is saying they don't accept electronic documents I have to first have it printed, stamped by the issuer and or sign. it's too much. Every online platform accepts my POA except perfect money
