I have been using this app for years. It was handy in the beginning. I caved and bought a subscription. The app has not given me a single notification. I have then enabled it through my phone and in the app itself. I still use it regardless. But it's something I regret paying for since it's basically the same version that was free.

I don't mind paying for an app but subscriptions just don't work for me. It follows that I must tolerate ads. (Emphasis on tolerate.) Then you have the fact that Parcelsapp doesn't show up in my Play Store apps list, ergo no updates. I had to search the Play Store for Parcelsapp to be able to update and then write this. What is going on here? That said, the app fails to paste in the copied tracking code 50% of the time so it's a manual task, but when it works the tracking is better than ePay ...

They lie about the details of my package. And never sent it. It's been 3 days my package supposedly out for delivery.

unfortunately this app doesn't work anymore, used to be reliable but no longer informs you of tracked post. I advise to search for a different alternative

i never recieved my package. this terrible app told me it was delivered but has no options for missing packages.

This really needs a "history" section to look up previous shipments. So many times I've sent something off that has been delivered and I think "okay cool, I can delete that now" only to then have a need with the recipient where I need to look up when it was actually delivered and or what the tracking number even was at the time. I could just leave things in the Archive, but that would get very cluttered.

When I first switched from iOS to Android I searched for a few weeks to find a package tracking app that worked as well as the parcel app I had on iOS. This one seemed to be my answer. It was developed to work similarly to the one I had been using. Unfortunately it does tend to be behind by a much as 3-4 days in certain cases. I've even checked with USPS and they say it's being delivered and this app shows it as only being dropped off. And lately it seems to be happening a lot more often.

Track ALL of my packages in one app! Lately, the tracking has been slow to update and I will receive a delivery notice with my text and but not on app. However, I still use this app, I can see when a package has been misdelivered so I can contact the seller. Or when a package is stuck. Adding tracking numbers is as simple as copy and paste and I can make my own label so I know the item I'm tracking. It's become a vital tool that I put on everything phone.

When I first downloaded the app it was awesome, and updated the status faster then the actual carrier sites. I also like that I can track all my packagrs in one place too. However, recently the status is either not updating, or it takes forever. What happened to this app? Its just not working. 😯 If it starts working again I will change my review. thank you. 🙏

I ended up purchasing the 1 year subscription. Not because i have any need or use for it but because i really appreciate the app and especially enjoy reading it's creator's responses to snooty reviews. It's a nice breath of fresh air from all the American and Asian apps full of bugs, over complexity and extremely user unfriendly interfaces that make no sense. This app is straightforward, has everything you need and nothing else, save for adds which; get this, are easy to see but not in the way.
