I need support because I CANNOT OPEN THE APP. Every time I try, it freezes or crashes. Occasionally, I see the 'Made with Unity' splash screen, but the app crashes immediately after.

Bought the game with my points, it won't even load the game after installing numerous times. Points and game isnt refundable once its been used. What can I do?

It's a good short horror game, but there are many things that can be better, like more hints because there where many times I feel stuck, anyways Its still okay for an old horror game.

I just finished just hours after i installed it lol i think i speed runned it unintentionally or the game is just kinda short this one reminds me of amnesia the dark descent. Well it has quiet good graphics console graphics yeah cool its really detailed but i wish i could grab things also like in amnesia but the game is really short the ending is also kinda disturbing lol but overall really good experience

The graphics are really good, and the sounds and general atmosphere have you tense.The translation, while not always perfect, does make sense. The controls are very typical of mobile 3D games, but for those who are unfamiliar this does not provide any hints. For anyone wondering: left side of the screen to walk, right side to look around. Running and flashlight are labeled. There are no hints for if you are failing to find something, so I did need to look for a playthrough for one part.

Well, this game was damn scary. The confused paths were a bit difficult to overcome. There are 4 levels, way too scary man. A weak hearted fellow will die playing this game, I am so sure. Some places are too dark that increases the horror. No bugs in the game. I want to play Reporter 2 now.

Id love to play this game, but the controls suck. There is no explanation of how to use them. Sometimes I get the circle with a directional dot, but often times I don't. Sometimes I have to use the walk icon. The hand icon only sometimes works as well. It's not very exciting to bumble around trying to figure out the controls while being in dark rooms with just a cellular light which also messes with the controls. Over it.

Great game until it hits Chapter 2 in the hospital which then it lags to a freeze so bad it even crashes the phone almost with some system error. Once that is resolved the game is very enjoyable yet terrifying with camera controls a little better than most games on app store making it actually playable, barely though. Other than these 2 issues it's great, really love it!
