The only things this app is good for is showing your crew's current promotion status, viewing your own personal stats, and seeing your song library. Other features are either sub-par or they just don't work. Like really, what if my crew mates don't have the app but I want them to see my messages? It's a shame that this app doesn't live up to the game's golden standards. Please squash the bugs!

"Go to -NO- Content" Wow, I saw the other reviews but just had to see it for myself. What is the point of a companion app if all you see is a "Go To Content" button for Playstation users that does nothing? Nice that they are adding new songs, and showing some sort of support there, but at least take down this app if you're not going to support it.

It works well for looking at the Rivals Hub, your stats, and friend stats. Everything else is pretty much useless. I don't get a single notification from this app for the things I have "turned on" in the in app settings. I dont get any crew chat notifications, challenge notifications, the activity feed is blank, i just don't get any notifications anymore. None. I have reinstalled the app and still the same issues.

Cannot log in with PlayStation, turned off the phone, defaulted to a new browser, wifi and data. Absoultely nothing happened and this review will not change unless otherwise. Update: they updated the app, it didnt fix it and now im on Android 10. Update 2: Using a different phone (ofc still on 10) it still doesnt work. Update 3: I see "go to content" I click it a bunch and nothing happens.

Love the game but the app is literally unusable. Just a white screen with a zoom in or out button and in the top left corner an icon that says "go to content" that does nothing. App worked fine 3 or 4 years ago so not sure what happened.

Absolutely terrible for Sony users. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and tried logging in to the Sony part of the app. It doesn't even let me log in. I tried re installing the app, updated to the latest OS, submitted 2 help desk tickets to Harmonix. They never got back to me for an update. Poor customer service on their part. I've been trying for months and never wrote a review. I gave them a chance to take care of it and 2 tickets submissions later I still get no answers. Great job Harmonix. 🤬 Not!

Has been utterly broken for me since last year. Cannot get to the sign-in box, all I get is a sony banner. It's likely the issue is the sony account authentication box no longer working as it was when this app was made. Multiple tickets with Harmonix support have been ignored (a common theme with this dev), issue persists across multiple devices and accounts. App version 3.0 1. Strangely, still works fine for my wife. Seems issue only happens after you log out or download the app...

Literally does not work. Can't sign in. Can't link my account. Can't communicate with my Rivals band mates at all because there's no way to communicate in-game. They say "download the app", and the app doesn't work. The game doesn't work. Tech support doesn't work. The app literally does nothing. The screenshots must be mock-ups...and the game has been out for years! I don't know if it ever worked. It didn't work when I tried it when it first came out. Got back into the game in the past few months and it still doesn't work. The consensus in the community? "Yeah it just doesn't work". lmao...Harmonix is still around making games and supporting Rock Band, so I don't know what's going on with the app...

The app is useless without Rivals, so maybe Rock Band Rivals Companion would be a more appropriate name. However the app works really well and is perfect for keeping track of Rivals leaderboards. You can also manage your crew and all it's settings easily from here

This was a great app until the start of June 2021. Now it usually just spins forever on the first black screen. Sometimes it forgets that im in a crew and invites me to start another one. They should roll back whatever server change broke the app. There are some things that are only available in the app so it's important.
