The desktop version works flawlessly on both Windows and Mac, but on Android it is a subpar product. It keeps running full scans multiple times a day even if it has absolutely no reason for it, and it eats up the battery in the process. Also, safe browsing should be able to protect the top browsers (chrome, firefox, samsung browser, edge) as on desktop. I hope you will release a completely reworked app for mobile in the future.

Scan is heavy slow, almost take 40 min. Other Anti-Malware apps take just 1min. Why??? But F Secure Safe in Windows has fastest Scan and fantastic. But in Android it's pathetic.

F-secure is literally more of a virus itself than anything else. Cant even uninstall it.

It offers protection, but it works very unstable and as the result it drains the phone battery unnecessarily. After restarting the phone it scans the whole phone 3 times! Why?! One scan isn't sufficient or it is designed to "best out of 3" results? LOL

Samsung S8 most definitely slows down browsing at times. The secure browser crashes when you use the find on page function. Ocasional to regular to occasional DNS error in their PRODUCT with browser showing "Web page not AVAILABLE". THEY HAVE NEVER BOTHERED TO LIFT THEIR FINGER TO FIX THESE DNS ERRORS. Would be good to raise a ticket but i looks like a proper ball ache. You can't even contact them from the app. Never again.

Since I downloaded this app for use on an android phone it seems to drain my battery life much quicker. I downloaded this as I have used the F Secure product on my computer for years which is excellent but when you have to keep in charging the android phone due it being battery life being drained quicker it isn't ideal to use on an 'on the go product' unless you carry a portable battery charger with you. For this reason alone I will have no choice but to delete the application from my phone.

Just feel very confident with this app. Have had difficulties at times when renewing through third party's.... When going direct always polite and helpful... As I am not very literate on computer or android phone customer service support are very tolerant and understanding.
