It would be much better if when I report it as spam, that I would stop getting those emails. Why do I have to keep marking the same ones as spam over and over again. 😕

Unbelievable how dumb this app is in times of AI. After 2 years of using it and paying a steep price for it, the app still barely sees the difference between spam and regular email.

I love spam drain! It reduces all of the spam emails by over 90%. Makes my life a lot better :)

I tried to create a account with this app and it doesn't seem to respond to my creating a account as a new user. I can't get any validation for a password that I created as a new customer. And it doesn't say that my device doesn't work with the application. The developer needs to fix the application for new customer's.

Spamdrain works faster than my regular email programs. I usually check my email on spam drain instead of Outlook because Outlook takes forever to load new emails.

The app continues to block numerous addresses that I've advised it multiple times are regular email, including from my wife's address (who works with me) and who has the same extension/web address as me. Tech support has requested the obligatory "screenshot" of the problem. Suffice it to say that I don't feel I need to prove it's doing what I'm claiming it's doing, i.e. consistently blocking my wife's emails, along with numerous other emails which I've indicated multiple times are not spam.

Not one to leave reviews, but finding that support is non existent! When app is working works as needed, but support is email only and absolutely untimely. Recently changed emails to Microsoft exchange server and has not worked since. Neither myself or my IT Support can get Spamdrain to respond and help us rectify the issue. Would be five stars if support was timely and on task. Support continues to get worse. Would love to down grade to negative stars, but not given that option. After waiting 48+ hours the response from support was "you have create another support ticket regarding the issue. Could you please reply to the one support ticket in order to avoid any confusion". I was completely dump founded (polite way to describe emotion)! No attempt to support existing issue and get things working again. Evidently juggling two tickets completely overwhelmed and confused their highly skill support team! Buyer be extremely wary.

Works perfectly. I wasn't sure about a subscription service but after a few weeks of use I'm converted. Used to get about 30 spams each day but now I get none. Plus it can be taught which marketing emails are wanted and which to mark as spam. Best anti spam product for Android.

Very happy with this service over many years which is why I continue to renew. The amount of junk mail is staggering, and seems to be getting even worse. So what my internal junk mail filter misses, Spam Drain catches. I check it daily to restore wanted mail, usually related to a retail transaction I made. Sometimes the overzealous service snaps it up, but it is easily recovered. Thank you for this service! PS: My husband does not have this on his tablet and he gets so much spam mail it is unbelievable! I may have to gift him a subscription.

Impossible to call them and instructions for stopping auto renewal or to delete membership do not work. Spam filter works very well but theres no control over what happens after free trial. I will watch my bank account and report any charge as fraud.

the software would not allow me to sign in with my google accout neither my microsoft acount, so I'm not sure what to expect. I wish you all the best of luck, mabe the nade will provide me additional support.
