Great app, I love to have more advanced security on my games, so adding this made sense. So far, I haven't encountered any problems, of course the UI is dated but this doesn't bother me. While you have this security key attached to your SWTOR account, you get a free monthly Cartel coin grant (100 per month). This is a great bonus. There's also no ads, so you aren't distracted while trying to log in. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Needs Updated! Please take the time to update this app so it works better with new android devices. It says that the app was last updated back in 2015. That is 7 years without an update. With the game still as popular as what it is, the developer should spend time to fix this application before people just quit playing the game because they do not have access. This is an amazing game! Love the update, and everyone should be able to experience all the fun, including myself! Thank you, Keith

Worked fine for me. I was able to remove my old one cause the battery was dying and it gave me a serial number to activate the new one, which I did. Works great. I think people arent using it properly because they arent linking their account or syncing the app with their account. You have to log into the website, go to my account, security key, then mobile app, and then open your app and there should be a lengthy serial number, put that in and then enter & then a 6 digit code will pop up, tada.

Upgraded from my old Galaxy S6 to an S21. App is not compatible. Guess it's a good thing I kept the S6 and can use it via WiFi. It would be nice for an actual update, though, given how much some people spend on the game.

It worked fine until SWtoR decided to switch the number of numbers in the security key from 6 to 8. And you might wonder what the problem with that is. THE APP WASN'T UPDATED. So I was locked out of my account desperately entering one security key after another and beeing repeteadly denied access. One time passwords may be annoying as ****, but at least they're reliable. Uninstalling and deactivating activating security key on my account.

It would not let me sign in when I entered my serial number in. I kept trying, and trying, but it would not let me in to my security key. If you could sign in with you account username and password, it would be much easier. Since I have recently lost my old phone which had it on there before, I could sign in on my new phone. It would make the app much more easier to navigate across from phone to phone and make it much more easy to get into. My sanity drains everytime It doesn't work. Please fix this developers!

Not the first one - been offline for years and finally got on again. Tried to activate the Mobile Security Key - and the app says it is not compatible with the latest Android (I run Android 12) and requires a security key to start. So, I log into my account to active - where the website says it should have an information button to display your security key to link the account to the app. This becomes a catch 22 that makes it invalid! Please, update the app and make it workable again! <3

Downloaded, so could use it on My newer phone. Only, 1 problem... It won't work. States is outdated, to only work on an older android system. Thankfully, I still have My old phone, that still has it installed on it. Get it updated to newer android versions, damn it all...!!!

I've had to have a password sent to my email 4 friggen times now each time I log into my online account to setup my security key and I still don't have it yet!!!!! This is a complete waste of time either simply it or get rid of it this is beyond ridiculous!!!!

Spent $2,000+ on this game. I had linked my account to EA back when it was required. I cannot reset my password or get a temp security login sent to my email so I can set this up again. I have the same phone that I used initially to set this up back when I played full time. Fully locked out until I can talk to someone in person. It would be nice if there was a chat option or something similar to solve these issue, instead of waiting for when your open for business.
