I like to help the environment and catch a good offer but God sake why if you are able to take my money immadietly from my cc, it takes you more than 2 weeks to make "quick refund"? I don't like it
So far I have had a less than favorable experience with the app. The app is easy and I love the concept but when you follow the prompts to communicate with customer care or to request a refund, you can't. The message pops up saying they cannot process the request. But I haven't even exchanged words with a human. And I really think my issue needs to be heard.
Terrible. Waaay too expensive for old food, when for the same price you can just buy fresh.
