It did not work for me. Then it wouldn't let me uninstall it. I had to go into my home screen.Find uninstall the app that way. instead of just uninstalling it from the google play store.

After I downloaded this app I opened it to be able to start using it. For the permissions a large pop-up box wanting our consent for them to be able to track our cookies. They want to so call improve our experience. Run!!! Big Tech and software makers are getting away with criminal privacy invasion don't let them do this to you.You are giving your permission for them to have access to everything on your phone including your camera and audio recorder and access to all of your personal files. Run!

Corn fuzing. Not ready to give my life to corn. ALL I wanted was to get the USB port on my RCA GALILEO PRO to WORK. I can't attach any USB gear (mouse, hub, optical drive, video capture, larger keyboard, external storage including a simple thumb drive; they never appear as connected. honestly, if USB worked I'd recommend this $85 option to others VS $850 wasted on Surface/crAPPLE; it DOES do all else i need it to. but no working USB has made me bench this otherwise great machine.

This app Pointed me in the right direction to samsung smart switch after Google results didn't help at all. USB transfers should be easy, Samsung makes them difficult to push their cloud service. Thanks

It worked for me! I was struggling with phone connection to my windows 8.1 pro and now the problem is solved! I have checked on Google before to download the adb driver but the files didn't have an executable file but this app has fixed my issue. Thanks to the app developers!

Didn't do a damn thing. The screens play out a script of what is supposed to happen with an ad every other screen, but it never registered; so it never noticed external drive plugged in. Android 9, Assurance Wireless UMX 693 CL phone.

I have a TCL 10 phone. I have tried anything and everything I possibly could to get it to hook up by USB to my Windows 10 computer. It simply will not do it...... I have no idea what else to do...... Really disgusted with this..... If someone can get it to work for me, I will be glad to up my rating. And when I open up the app, I go to the part where it says manufacturer and try to click on the TCL link and it's a dead link on both links to download the drivers.......
