Edit: To the Dev's, yes I do, I also have tried to reinstall if that helps! I first thought it was edits done in Lightroom however it's just all photos at this point. Not sure where to find support, hopefully this will get attention. First off, app is easily 5*s and I will fix that after I get ahold of help. I use a galaxy s20 phone and all of a sudden I can no longer upload any photos. The app just stalls on a white screen after skipping the filter and crashes.

I started using viewbug on their website and I love it!!! Then I decided to get the app for my phone. The app does not work well, is hard to navigate, and I end up still going to the browser to go to viewbug anyway. Bummer. I hope they give this app a complete makeover to be more user friendly and convenient.

2/5/22 Been a member for a while on the free version, which so far has yet to really yield any benefit. Constant bombardment begging you to buy a premium membership. Can't submit much on free, very limited contest access and limited uploads. Kinda seems like a scheme, someone is reaping benefits but I doubt it's the photographers. With premium you can submit more pics to more contests and, for what? 3/31 I deleted my account over a month ago, still receive spam emails from vb about premium.

The idea is here, but the main desktop cant access your images. There should be a place to click "my images" to see, edit and or delete images. The site can use major help! Mobile cant edit or delete images if you accidentally post more than 1 same image. Asks for permission to contacts when there is no need to! I have other apps & sites that work better for photography. Imho, not worth paying for! IG is free.

I deleted this app because I realized I didn't need it, but now I'm seriously annoyed. I get emails around twice a day from this app, non stop. The emails are really clickbait-y (they say things like "your photo is getting a lot of attention!" or "see your photos awards") and meant to make you believe that you actually won awards. I even recently got an email saying "you've been inactive, we're closing your account", only to be followed up with countless of the same emails as before. this sucks

100% believe, as a beginner myself, this isnt an app for beginners. I wish they would bring back the percentage rating (you placed in the top 30%) instead of the (you place ahead of 457 photos) cause now i dont know if that's good or not. Entering contests next to pros (and probably some fake) accounts really hurts but if you don't let that get to you and you just want to see how many people like your photos. Its an alright app. And the membership plans with this in mind is kinda annoying.

It's a decent app. But unfortunately, when I go to upload photos, there are issues. 1. It shouldn't take 10-15 minutes for my photos to load on the screen. 2. When photos do appear on the screen to select which one I want to upload, it's not showing all the photos, only a select handful that are years old. This makes uploading time consuming and frustrating.

I'm so happy I found this app. At first I was worried that it could be a dead community or spam filled with ads. But it isn't at all! Whether you're good at photography or not, there are a ton of artists to appreciate on here. The only 'major' complaints I have is that the about me bio and birthday input under the profile settings, does not save. Also, a lot of photos from my gallery don't show up so I can't upload them.

I use to really enjoy this app. The Contest results use to be enjoyable to review. You get a notification to check new results and the most recent results organized by contests would be there. That no longer happens. First results are all mixed up and the same old results are always at the top. I have no idea how to find the new results. Don't waste your time trying to send them feedback vis the email address on the app page. That email address is bogus.

This would be a good app if they could fix your profile picture not deleting constantly. Also it changes my location to Afganistan. And if I use the editing tools and don't like the results it will STILL UPLOAD the picture!! I hit CANCEL! Then it WILL NOT let me DELETE certain images. Which sucks if I have multiple ones of the same thing because my canceled images were still uploaded. To many problems on a daily basis to enjoy the user experience.
