Used this app on the web version for years and although it's accurate it can be an hour or two off at times depending on where I am kayaking, but it's an excellent way of predicting weather and precipitation for Ireland. Many thanks
My life is better than it was before I discovered this app. It is pretty much all I need and as accurate as any other modelling source. I like how easy it is to see what I need to see instantly. My only complaint is that sometimes I get swell energy readings but most of the time I don't see that information. No idea why that happens but I'd love to see swell energy at all times.
I love it. It took a bit to get used to the graphics, but now that understand it, I can quickly, at a glance, see exactly what's going to happen! I have found that Windguru has been more accurate than any other weather forecaster for years!
Hi development team, I have used this app for a few years now and loved it. However, lately it responds very slowly when scrolling! I have started using another lately because of this. I have uninstalled reinstalled.. Still the same
Seems thorough but confusing presentation of the information. I'm a sailor so more thsn basic knowledge of weather...I find this interface jumbled.
Goodness knows what's happened to this app, I used to use a nice old simple version but recently needed to upgrade because of Android 12 on a new phone. The whole UI just seems to be an overcomplicated unintuitive mess now. I think the developers have list their way on this one. I've now found a simple little app called Windyweek, it's brilliant, simple
I'm not sure what happened to this app, I've used it for years and then went back to it today after a 6 month hiatus. It's changed so much, and not for the better. Geolocation is not working, can't find cities /towns, the interface navigation is horrendous now. Sorry guys, I'm moving on to Windy, there's just no comparison any longer.
I love Windguru, but in this app as well as the default app it's really slow to scroll through the forecast (days). This is happening in a new phone with Oreo. I ended up using the old web version.
I don't get any data any-more! This has already been going on for some time. On PC the site still works. On my phone it started not storing my recent places and bot being being able to search, however I could select a spot on the map. Now it has all ceased to function. What's going on?! HTC Android 5.0.2.
I am a windguru Pro user. The user experience is the same regardless of lite or pro version. It's a webView that loads forever and jumps around on a phone . You guys shouldn't be cheap and pay for someone to develop a native mobile app for you. If you don't know what that feels or looks like, see Windfinder, Windy and others. You maybe have good forecasts and live stations but the mobile app deserves -1 rating points!
