Emails not accessible on screen; the developer did not live up to the comcast standard. There is no immediate access to comcast emails; it is also unbearably slow. An immediate change and correction is needed before you lose loyal customers to the competition.
This app is in desperate need of repair. The bugs are countless. It is honestly useless to download. I can't even access it 95% of the time. After I try to log in every single time, it takes me to a blank white page and nothing loads. It's ridiculously slow and unhelpful. Please have a good tech team fix these issues since it's the only option now that my xfinity is gone.
Awful...just Awful! I can't sign in because I'm already signed in, but I'm not an authorized user??? AWFUL
Trash app, extremely buggy. App crashes on me while I'm in the middle of customer support and then you're unable to reconnect to the agent again. Unnecessarily annoying.
Money hungry
This new app is trash. It's telling me to contact the primary account holder which is myself and gives me limited access
I can't make a payment. I have always paid my bill through the app.
