me and my girlfriend were trying to share the camera with each other cause we have a house together but it kept saying user not found even when I deleted my account and made a new one they really need to fix it

Contains ads posing as malware detection, with extremely tiny close buttons that don't appear to work, forcing me to click it; linking to what appears to be a google play app. And the app doesn't work either. Pairing with the camera failed again and again and again, with all the different methods. The camera failed to scan QR code or pick up the annoying sonic sound. And the camera has worked before with a different phone. Don't buy anything that uses this app, it is e-waste.

MALWARE IN ADS So, the app worked ok for a few days with lots of popups. This morning, it had a pop up claiming I had a virus and needed to DL some software to get rid of it. I could not for the life of me, click out of the popup. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall to get rid of it. My bad luck? I bought 6 of these cams. GRRRRR.

If you don't buy a subscription, there are so many pop up ads it is useless. Also some pop up ads appear to be malicious including your device is infected type of ad. Going to scrap the cameras and delete the app, it is so bad.

keeps shutting down way way too many ads can take quite a while to get to the camera only to get knocked off minutes later pictures are so tiny, you can't make anything out. useless for evidence and just plain Useless

cant get it on my laptop and it constantly wants you to get paid services making using the app poor. The companies reply to all the ads is to pay, the cameras arent the problem its the campany trying to get in your pocket later. This sucks because i have 20 of these cameras

The app is like forcing one to buy the cloud storage. There is no return button at the payment page. It's only forward forcing a payment. App can be improved to be more user friendly.

These cameras and app are a scam to get you to buy cloud service. They intentionally have warnings pop up stating the sd card is corrupted when its not. The camera has problems connecting, but these problems are all solved by subscribing to their cloud service. Constantly pushing to subscribe to cloud service. This is not what I want. I will never use the cloud. I don't even want my money back. Going in the trash. I will never buy Groowls or Gosund ever again. Dishonest company. Shameful.
