I have been using this app for several years for my dog's information and it has been perfect for incidents, measurements, and reminders for treatment. Recently, I logged in with a new phone and my dog's weight history appeared to have been converted to a different unit of measure and the history was off. I emailed support and they got back to me almost immediately and fixed it right away. None of my data was lost and I wanted to share that this app and their customer service are top notch! 👌

The app is amazing - so helpful for my fur family of 2 dogs and 2 cats. Especially for the senior cat who requires medication every other day, the notifications are great. And keeping track of the senior dog that tends to have tummy trouble a lot. So helpful to have information available to give the vet. But also, the 11 Pets Support Team is awesome. I recently had a problem with synchronizing my information on a new phone. Multiple attempts failed, even when things remained fine on my old phone. Anyway, the Support Team was very responsive and communicative. They quickly looked into the matter, and it's been resolved. An awesome app with fantastic support!

I looooove this App! I have over 30 reptiles/amphibians and this app allows me to keep track of feeding, weight, birthdays and reproduction. I have to customize a few things, but its so easy to do and simple to manipulate. Everyone is shocked when I show them the app, that I can keep track of them so well. Great app! And I don't have to deal with annoying pop-ups or ads. Thanks for a universally awesome app!!!

Out of all the pet tracking apps out there, I find this one the best! I've been using it with my dog for her entire life. I just wish the Supplies tab was more general instead of geared towards just food. I would love to be able to track her monthly preventatives. Right now, it only lets you choose per meal or per day for the tracking. Also, I wish the Vaccines showed the group name instead. For example, my dog gets the Lepto4, which is 4 lepto vaccines. I made a group, but when I choose it, the list shows all 4 vaccines (which can be confusing). Overall the app is great. Buttons are in odd places and it takes some getting used to, but after using it a few times you remember where they all are. And I LOVE that it syncs with my iPad and that I can use their web portal too.

Really helps with reminders! I love having all the info in one place and can answer any questions the vet has or know when I need to get supplies! I do wish that there was an option to turn off reminders for medications. When exporting information for the vet, not all of the info is accurate and I wish we could choose the content it provides as well as be able to print it out! If we could do the upgraded content in a one time purchase, instead of monthly, I would probably do that as well.

I can track meds, supplements, grooming, and appointments easily. There is a place for labs, contacts, conditions, and even a food inventory that tells you when you are about to run out! I can track feedings but not calories. If there was a food data base for meals and a way to attach my cat's fitness tracker to this app it would be perfect.

Can't adjust the portion size of meals without having to reenter every meal making it be marked twice in the schedule, also the schedule section would greatly benefit from being more organized and easier to read. I really like the app but it is so frustrating to have to constantly redo everything whenever I adjust my cats meals.

This app is very close to being useful, if it added just a bit more customization. I have 1 cat and 2 lizards, and the reptiles need very different scheduled care than a mammal. If I could add a relevant icon to the custom reminders (like cleaning their enclosures), or have a way to record things like when they shed or the # of urates/feces found in a week, it would be really great! As is, it's just not useful to me.

New obnoxious notifications that advertise built-in app features seem to pop up almost every time I put down my phone these past couple of weeks. And other scheduled notifications sometimes fail to alert at all. Data syncing has always taken ages, but now it rarely finishes syncing at all. Quality of app seems to be really slipping these past few months. I think it might be time for me to find a new app.

i liked it at first.. it's good in that you are able to customize it in pretty much any way you can think of but navigating and editing schedules is so frustrating. I had 3 pets on it and made a vaccine schedule for each of them put the wrong date on one and even when it says its deleted. it still kept popping up when i went back to the main schedule page. Way easier just to use my phone calendar.
