loving the app the fixes and upgrades worked out well. The most amazing thing is that the App manager listens to you and gives help when you ask for it. The graphics are amazing and the ability to go to street level is comforting in finding an address. To anyone having any issues, if you take the time to learn the app all issues are fixable by u in settings.

This app isused to work great. Have had it for years. Not sure what happened but the last few months, at least once a week all I get is a blank screen and no tracking available. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time and usually when I need the app the most. Going to have to investigate other apps since this one has become pretty unreliable now.

It gave me a 7 day trial period. Which to me meant I have 7 days to try things out on the app and decide if I want to keep it and pay monthly for it. So someone in my circle needed a battery jump. Apparently you can't use the features like roadside assistance while under the 7 day free trial!?! How is that even good business? The whole point of trial I thought was to "try" it out. So buyer beware! If your planning on doing anything other than tracking people you can't. I'd like an explanation

Had the app for years. If finding another one. I'm sick and tired of the app asking to turn off battery saver every single time I open it . Look Life360 if I want my phone on battery saving mode , deal with it! If there's a way to turn its notifications I would. Plus I'm tired of all other notifications, like insurance deals . I just want a family location apps . Don't need or want anything else!

Better than Google maps for location sharing, but it loses track of members frequently. It also tries to upsell constantly. Also, a dark mode would be very helpful, especially for use in a car dock at night. Landscape mode would be helpful for use on tablets with keyboards. Update: now there's a permanent "Protect this Drive" message on the screen that cannot be dismissed, moved, or declined, even with a paid subscription. They also haven't brought back the live browser map like they promised.
