loving the app the fixes and upgrades worked out well. The most amazing thing is that the App manager listens to you and gives help when you ask for it. The graphics are amazing and the ability to go to street level is comforting in finding an address. To anyone having any issues, if you take the time to learn the app all issues are fixable by u in settings.

The only reason I gave this a 4 is because sometimes the app is not updating and tracking in real time. There's occasional lagging. Also the notification sounds when someone enters or leaves a set location radius no longer sound for some reason even though I didn't change any of the settings. Other than a couple of minor issues, we as a family love & highly recommend this app.

I gave the Platinum membership a trial run and surprisingly enough I was involved in a car accident and it absolutely did NOT notice that I was in a car accident. So I manually had to engage the features and also requested assistance but yet it took 3 hours for any type of response team to arrive at the scene. And I had excellent cellular service at the location. I was truly disappointed.

This app isused to work great. Have had it for years. Not sure what happened but the last few months, at least once a week all I get is a blank screen and no tracking available. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time and usually when I need the app the most. Going to have to investigate other apps since this one has become pretty unreliable now.

It gave me a 7 day trial period. Which to me meant I have 7 days to try things out on the app and decide if I want to keep it and pay monthly for it. So someone in my circle needed a battery jump. Apparently you can't use the features like roadside assistance while under the 7 day free trial!?! How is that even good business? The whole point of trial I thought was to "try" it out. So buyer beware! If your planning on doing anything other than tracking people you can't. I'd like an explanation

Had the app for years. If finding another one. I'm sick and tired of the app asking to turn off battery saver every single time I open it . Look Life360 if I want my phone on battery saving mode , deal with it! If there's a way to turn its notifications I would. Plus I'm tired of all other notifications, like insurance deals . I just want a family location apps . Don't need or want anything else!
