Black Hole is a flawed gem that could be polished into a pristine, one-of-a-kind app. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that I can't set my own password on it, breaking the illusion of a lockscreen and making it more like an overlay. It also gets delayed and shows up after the vanilla lockscreen, even though I didn't want it to. It's also only half-functional with Samsung Music, and the music bar changes into weird, out of place colors. Still better than nothing, and there's nothing like it.

This is one of the best screenlock apps I have used. Simple but stylish. But I have teo problem with it. 1. When I play music and want to stop or change music (tuoch any music button) the music player row turns gray or red, the color depends of what kind of WP I have. Thid is ptobably a feature, but please make it possible to turn off, because its ugly and hella annoying. :( I can see the buttons very well without it! 2. and sometimes it crashes or wont respond but not stop as well.

Great lockscreen, only one issue: when you tell the app to use ypur homescreen picture as wallpaper, it asks you if you want to darken the picture so that the clock and all can be readable. You only have 'Yes' & 'Cancel' as option. Clicking 'Cancel' still darken my picture.

Not as customizable as I thought but not a huge problem or anything what I wanted to address is that were missing a Touch ID or Finger print unlock method now that wouldn't be a big deal if it aloud me to use it with the systems fingerprint unlock but makes me take it off if I have that on please make me eat this and be able to give you a 4 star with fingerprint unlock or 5 star with maybe some more options like moving the clock location or change displayed widgets like the music or what not Thx

I like this lock screen, but since the last 2-3 days it has started freezing up randomly. If this persists, will have to uninstall the app as this manages overall UI experience. Shame really, as I really like the list-based organisation.

Had it for a few days now. I use it on a very laggy device that is about 5 years old. The app has crashed, and my device has frozen. I can turn it on and off, but that's pretty much it. The time still works, but the screen is just frozen. Please can someone help? Either uninstall it for me or try to fix it somehow. If you have a laggy device in which games often crash, DON'T GET IT. Smart Launcher Team please respond asap as I don't what to do and am panicking. I had no problems before. I can't restart the device, since no touch screen. What do I do?

The lockscreen app used to work great, then the pin option started messing up. It didn't accept my pin anymore and so I clicked recover pin. I got the email to reset pin, and it still wouldn't work. Tried it again and got a new reset code and still didn't work, had to uninstall it to get back into my tablet. Smart Launcher still works, but I am a little worried about it.

Doesn't integrate with the phone lock system. 1)Doesn't support fingerprints 2) Doesn't support face unlock 3)It deactivate the phone lock (pattern or password) making the on screen unlock to be only Swipe, even though you have followed it's instructions that say you can put password on it. SLT please fix, it seems you guys have forgotten this lock-screen apps and only concentrated on the Launcher of which I have no problem with.

This used to work great but now it locking up everything and lagging. Sometimes it takes couple minutes to catch up sometimes it doesn't work at all. I used to love this app but not sure how to fix it.
