love this app but im a little sad cause I didn't receive money on time and now I can't receive media from 1 of them but I had paid 3days later and when I went back on i had to add again but im like how I just paid 😩😢 and set up a backup payment. if anyone can help with information that would be most appreciated 🙏❤️ thank you

I know its good because i heard alot of people talking to their idols but every time i try to log in or sign in i always get'This email is not registerd' like... idk what is wrong with it ,is it only registerd in korea or smth. anyways i just want to talk to my biasss😭😭🤧🤧🤧✨️

The service is not private but public message. As the artist sends to everyone subscribed. Yes, you can send private message to the artist but she can only send public message to everyone subscribed. It is misleading to say the least 🫠 Update: Used it for 150+ days, so far no response from idol. It's like getting ghosted but you still need to pay the money 🤣 Gwenchana 😭 Welp, no response indeed. My subscription ends 😔

Sometimes my messages are not sent even tho my network is good. They get delivered with a member but not the other one! And it takes days! Until I resend them again!! Please fix this.

I love everything BUT. make it possible to screenshot on Android too, like... If it was about privacy then why u let iphones screenshot! It's not fair, I think, since we pay for it! The days with your artist keep resetting. It is highly unstable. Now I have gone back to square one with few words to chat. It's extremely frustrating

The idea is great and I enjoy receiving messages. One thing that really bothers me is when you send 3 messages in an order and they don't actually send so then you have to resend them but they send in a different order or after they've sent more messages and it no longer makes any sense,. It is stressful to me and confuses the artist, he thought I was ignoring his messages! Please fix this because it shouldn't be stressful yet it makes it very stressful

Personally, I love the app. I know its a bit unrealistic for the idols to respond to the thousands of messages received and its hard to understand the context of the conversation without knowing what they're responding to. Obviously many of them do not understand English so I can only imagine the translations have to be a pain and if English to Korean is as bad as Korean to English...yikes! It might not be perfect, but a better translator algorithm is well needed. Other than that, love this app

The app is a lot of fun and i love the photos and voice messages I get! The in-app translator is REALLY bad sometimes, though. Gives me a good laugh when something totally nonsensical comes up.
