This app has always been a bit flakey at times, but today it became completely unstable and useless. They must have just done an update that was bad. Hope they get it fixed. Uodate: I have to give credit to support. They are very responsive and they seem to have fixed the bugs in the app. Another frustrating update. The end of service photo upload is now broken, so there is no way to end my appointments if that feature is selected. ugh.

I had no problems with this app until the latest update. Now it crashes all the time. it loses information that I've already entered in on walks making it not convenient, especially when I have to take more time to complete a note that I was already completed in my very busy schedule. I have these issues get fixed and if you need any more information definitely reach out to me. I find much about this app useful but there is some things that are causing more stress than convenience. For instance if I'm in an area without good mobile reception for my cell phone and it goes offline it loses all my information and I can't work with the app.

I am a first time user of this app platform, I did research the company and others as well. I have to say they are on the right track with app !! simple layout with ability customizie different offer packages for your clients, GPS, photo upload, note upload, potty break notations and lots more !!! The most important to me us the awesome customer service !!! very fast response and always giving you real time information, links , and SUPPORT 😊 stripe used for payments and easy to set up !

This app was working fine until the last update. My clients are not receiving photos anymore. Even photos taken with the app option. Update: Had a client download the app. Used it today and only took pictures through the app. No upload from library. Took 15 pics and only 3 were visible to client. Can't even send them via messenger because they aren't in my library. Clients enjoy pics of their dogs having a good time.

I love this app! It has seriously made my life so much easier. I own a small pet care company and the program is fully customizable to everything I offer. It has made the entire business process just fantastic! And you don't have to be a pet care company. Like I said. Its fully customizable, so it works with so many other business types! Fantastic!

It won't let me upload a photo of my dog. Patches and upgrades are severely needed for this app. Plus, options and menus are very hard to find / use.

this app is the most horrible thing i have eve4 usee and i am literally forced to use this app for work. the timer never stops if you have bsd mobile connection anywhere. youll stsnd there for 10 minutes trying to end an appointment. ive had to force stop so many times just for it to work. loading screen time, HORRIBLE. there are times im literally waiting for almost 5 minutes fot it to load my appointments for the day. this app is jist horrible PERIOD 💢

I need assistance logging in, I'm about to enter my credentials but then it takes me to a page where it says logging out and it stays there forever.

Just installed this app and first thing it shows when I open it is sign in, or click on forgot password. The problem is I haven't even registered and no option to do so either.
