Just downloaded new update and another fault that hasn't been rectified : YOU CAN'T SWITCH IT OFF! The 'OFF' switch puts you back into 'AVAILABLE MODE'! Wch means I have to leave it in 'BUSY' mode, wch drains my battery, until the app time's you out with message "you've been inactive for a while so you have been signed out" Unable to view the app in Landscape, which is no good for my tablet device. They update continually but still can't use my tablet in Landscape. They're just not listening!
As I have asked you so many times ago , in order to improve this application , you have to make the following changings : 1. You have to receive only customers with credit cards so you can charge them with a fine for every order cancelation starting with the first one , or to refund your drivers for the inconvenience of the cancelation from the company's own funds !!!! 2. You have to offer our drivers the option of "rating" and "feed backing" (criticizing) your customers the same way they do !
Interface never ideal but recent update to map view (only in 3d) confusing and now "heat" map that's constantly refreshing and slowing down phone. Meanwhile still not keeping pickup details on top page!!
Keeps freezing.
Can never speak to anyone, downloaded new version, cannot open it
Worst customer service ever. About two months ago I asked for the first time to end business with them. Yet, I still get their annoying messages and I can't unsubscribe. I spoke with the customer service many times and each time they promise to solve the issue by "blocking" my user but it doesn't help. They don't even try to understand and keep doing the same damn thing and I still get their ads. All I want is to unsubscribe from all your services. Why is that so hard to understand?!
Can't open the App. When I call Gett, the advise is to seek help via the Driver Portal in the App. The same App I can't open. Unreal.
Latest update keeps crashing on login page. They sent me a different version which did work for a while, but that keeps crashing now too. From a drivers perspective the app is useless. Deleted.

DOUBLE TAXED I stopped working we get charged commission and then get TAXED .gov Think about it .my txe cost 80k i make MORE ON THE STREET commission FREE . THERE are other apps started 0% commission gett is no benefit for us . YOU need drivers i need 0% commission in English 100% if i need to give any service or attention to gettaxi
Can't log in. Keeps telling me to switch on display over other apps and there's no way of doing it on my phone. Reinstalled app 8/3/24 and the same thing keeps happening. Waste of time.

Contacted Gett as per their comment to my previous review to find a resolution to my problem. As always, I get someone in customer care that says they'll "feedback" my issue and management can then decide whether or not to implement any changes in future updates. The advisor informed me I should have a particular function which I don't have but, when I informed him that I don't have it, he wasn't interested in finding a resolution to that either. 1 hour wasted!!!
