UPDATE: **Probablybitvwas technical issue. I can access again. 5 stars back from 4, for the bedt here and my favaoirite fitness app. This is the best works for me. I hope they'll bring back better history, like exercises done previously and weight track ** I've been using it for about 2 years and been very happy. But last three days having technical issues and can't log in. I mailed them auto reply came, but it didn't solve my login problem. I replied back, but still, no one got back to me.

I love this app to defffffffff😊. I can tailor the meals and change them as many times as i want to. The fasting is on point. I customize my workouts and they are great. Ive lost 40lbs and I've been on it for 4 months now. Its $9.99 a month. Water intake is much needed with weight loss. There is a reminder to drink water through the day. I love it snd would recommend it to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Went through the quiz, paid the $19.99 plus the amount for 2 additional brochures/downloads. Purused the app after downloading and realized that this was not something to spend the money on (too many free apps out there, and can I just say, YouTube?). Had this for less than 4 hours. Contacted them to cancel and receive refund - they apparently do not refund. I had this for 4 HOURS! SUCH A SCAM!

concept is great & helpful. Today, I didn't feel like going to the gym (been going all week), but I wanted to get my workout in, so this was a great alternative. I appreciate the countdown for each exercise move. My only suggestion is to add modify move option (button) as youre doing your workout. A modify move button option available for each move.

At first I didn't like the app too much. it doesn't allow meal tracking for calories or anything BUT after I gave it a chance it grew on me. I like that it creates workouts for each day and provides meal recipes. It also reminds me to drink water for my daily water intake. This has turned out to be a great app.

This app, if you can actually get to work is amazing. However, the workouts only download 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time you get everything ready for a great workout, you click start over and over, nothing happens. It's ridiculous to pay for an app that doesnt work. When you contact customer service they tell you to delete the app and down load it again. When that doesnt work they stop responding to your emails. Would NOT recommend this app.
