ok when it works, but occasionally logs you out without your knowledge so useful stuff like location settings fail, car could get nicked and I wouldn't know.

I really enjoy driving my mercedes GLB200. I have a large dog, and the boot is ideal for him. So we are both happy. The app is great. It reminds me when I forget to lock the doors or close the windows, and I can then close them remotely via the app.

Atrocious doesn't quite cover it. I'm getting emails, plus *unmovable* messages in the car's Command screen that my extras have expired. When I go into the app (and also the website), it says that all my extras are activated, so I can't do anything. it also says that only the main owner can order Extras. (I've been the sole owner for over 2 years, and I am the same "me" that I was when I purchased the Extras the last time. You are a global company, for goodness sake.

Can't pair, as nobody at Mercedes will pick up the phone and answer the call to link car and account. Two hours wasted on phone calls held in a queue. Home goal Mercedes, you just lost a two hundred pound plus subscription!
