I got confused Instagram promotes it a different way ... like this is about trainers not pictures or animated 3 sec vids of different workouts witch is what instagram made seem like... i guess they just want a download ?

I downloaded it and cannot get it to open. After I input my initial info, it shuts down.

Keep you motivated and pushing you to do more I love this app. I understand why you pay for it at the end of the day if you want a personal trainer you have to pay simple as it is. Is great because you can do the exercise in your home without needing to invest much
