I have been able to obtain help from the support team whenever and the support has been exceptionally good, including going out of their way to troubleshoot.The app functions are much improved with the introduction of new features which were not there before. feel much more safe now. Every good home deserves one . The app is continuously evolving, and that could only mean more options. I like the new feature of being able to turn off the floodlight, in case this is being triggered by the wind.

It does not capture everyone in/out the door hours apart...intermittent! To change the battery you have to unscrew tiny screws that I'm getting to old to maneuver. I prefer the original case that you don't have to unscrew

Since last update timeline review is not working correctly. Keeps jumping back to start of day when scrolling. Ring plesse fix this asap.

Ring is trash. Good luck getting what you need from a video. Good luck having the video that you need saved to the cloud. Good luck getting bent over by Ring Team increasing the price for their shyte service. Use dedicated cameras for home security. Thieves now a days use wifi scramblers which make Ring cameras useless. Ring's Reply they left below vvv also shows how guilty they are

No notifications coming thru on Android. I have them turned on. I press the button nothing comes to my phone. Everything works for wife's iphone. This is a recent problem. Update. Still broken many months later. I don't know if my phone is just not supported or what but doorbell is absolutely useless to me.
