Havent used it for awhile, logged in and saw all my saved tabs. Looked up a new song, saved it, went back to my tabs and they are disappeared (aside from the one i just saved). I was already logged in at first and still am. Not a huge problem but a big inconvenience, will have to go through and add them all manually. Just wanted to let yall know this could be a problem. OTHERWISE: i love this app and everything about it.

Specifically for the lesson, so I've signed up for the lessons specifically. The lessons are pretty decent, and could easily offer 6 months to a year of practice which is fair for the price. However, the main issue for 3 stars is that the interface is horrible. Videos constantly crash. There is not a way to save a course for later other than just starting it and leaving in your "continue" section. You really have to do a lot clicking to get back to where you were. Hopefully they can fix this.

While the service the app provides is great, the app itself its god awful. I'll list as many bugs as i can in 500 characters. Sometimes when switching from portrait to landscape, the tab will scroll vertically instead of horizontally. If you have a loop set and leave the app, the measures youve selected will be unselected. When in landcape mode, you cant access all the options in the 3 dot menu. Sometimes the screen will stay put while the red bar moves. I could go on if i had more characters

I have had the app and subscription for a couple years and used it and loved it very much. Then, unbeknownst to me (no info from Google play) my payment did not go through this time and I have lost access. Furthermore I can no longer subscribe to UG Pro access through Google Play. I could sign up through the website but it is $10 more than I was paying. I emailed customer service but after explaining to them what happened I received no response.

User interface throws up so many obstacles, I just want to see the chords to the song. The browser version is simpler and possibly better although the functionality is limited. When I click on a link to a song it takes me to a page filled with everything but that song. Plus when I log in it says I am Unregistered, although I paid for a subscription. When I click Open in App it takes me to the installation page of the app in the Playstore, not the song. This all seems backwards.

I enjoyed this app and my subscription while it lasted. After my phone went through a factory reset, the reinstalled app only gave me the option to register a new account. No option to login to an existing account. Multiple messages to the developer got me nowhere. All the songs I had saved were lost. I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. Customer support doesn't exist with this developer. Shame.

I really like this app but a recent update is really annoying me. I keep my saved songs in specific keys, sometimes transposing them. The recent update reset all my songs AND now they reset everytime I exit the tabs. I just have to memorize the preferred key for all my songs? It's so annoying and just a small thing which has really impacted my enjoyment of this app. I pay for the premium version of this app and this is making me rethink my subscription.

I have been a pro user for years and the app is steadily declining. It is my opinion that every update in the past year has made the app worse. Pro tabs have become unusable due to the new format (please give the option to deactivate the backing track and word highlighting), auto-scrolling is sped up and resets speed every time you reopen the tab, and the recording function kicks you from the app.

I still cannot believe that this app is still not working!!!!! It has been like a month and still cannot post a shot-what is going on??? If your going to create something make sure it works before you release it. Let's you chose it from your media then click continue brings up the next screen which is unresponsive. After a few moments the apps just shuts down.

Updates have sadly stripped this app of its core usability for me. The playlist feature doesn't function at all. I can't save any tab, much less a personalized custom version. I can't create a new playlist or edit an old one. EDIT: As a gigging musician, I now use Songbook Pro to store and access my music on stage. It's only $6.99 (no subscription), and you get to search UG's database and import the chord charts with ease. All the pro's with none of the cons.
